On the Gameplay board Convantol Kakoriki is questioning the manner in which CMs answer questions of players to be entirely correct. Quoting a reply from Mirade with merely 4 smileys as an answer he states that the CMs do not take our problems seriously. The thread turns into a heated disussion between players about botters and what Cipsoft is doing about them. Recently Cipsoft is under heavy assault from people blaming them for everything that goes wrong with cheaters and the recent kicks-problem. The CMs Mirade, Rejana and Tjured are in the direct line of fire and have to deal with the complaints. The reason for these complaints is worse however, as there seems still no solid solution for problems that occur in Tibia for a longer time. Although the kicks are only recent, the problem about botters has been around for years. Mirade explains in her post here that she is shocked to see players can read such negativity into her posts as to think they do not take matters seriously. She mentions how it was meant and what the problems mean to Cipsoft. The company is doing what they can to ease our frustation, but meanwhile shares the same frustration with us as they are at a constant battle against cheating players. Although Cipsoft may not have provided a solution yet, the CMs certainly do their job at keeping us informed the best they can.
