Neuropsychiatry? Woah..
I like you. And i respect what you do.
It takes real commitment to do a job like that.
My aunt works at OSCE in Bosnia, and it's a torn apart, war struck country, still recovering from 1991, so i sort of know what that means like. They work with the department of UNICEF so she works with children.
