Thank you for your offer to help us.
Tibia was dependent on volunteers for a long time, and a large part of
the game graphics has indeed been designed by players just like you.
However, Tibia has changed into a professional product, and we have
decided to focus on professional work, i.e. work done by people who
actually work as full-time employees. Because of this I have to turn
down your offer I am afraid. I hope you are not too disappointed.
If you have any further questions and would like to write to us again,
please attach or quote your previous email and our reply to ensure that
our help will be efficient.
