Nah! Don't train! Training is for wussies! I got Distance 103 + 5 without ever training!

Instead.. use spears so your shielding doesn't start to lag behind like my shielding does nowadays!

Training with 100 small stones then stopping. maybe distance 61~

EDIT:
Have 62/52 now and probably going to hunt some small stones on banuta with my Elite Knight.

they dont train shield thus they are useless

Bah, when I made my paladin years ago I had 40 distance in level 22. Have they boosted the growth rate or something?

paladin has a distance rate of 1,5x thna knight meele rate and same rate of shield training. talk about overpowered.....
